and Sales Agreement

Option #1

If selected puppy is 4 weeks old or younger, a payment plan can be set up as follows:

$100 deposit will hold puppy of your choice.  Pup will not be held without a deposit, so payment promptness is encouraged.

1/2 or remaining balance is due at 4 weeks of age.

Remaining balance is then due at 7 weeks of age or prior to pickup/shipping of pup.

Shipping ($300) is included in all balances on pups requiring shipment.

Example:

Black/tan Male Pup priced at $350 + $300 shipping = $650 total.

Minus $100 deposit = $550 balance due.

$275 due at 3 weeks of age.

Remaining $275 due at 7 weeks of age.

Option #2

If selected puppy is older than 4 weeks, a payment plan can be set up as follows:

1/2 of total balance is due to reserve a pup over 4 weeks of age.

Remaining balance is then due at 7 weeks of age or prior to pickup/shipping of pup.

Shipping ($300) is included in all balances on pups requiring shipment.

Example:

Black/tan Male Pup priced at $350 + $300 shipping = $650 total.

Minus $325 deposit = $325 balance due.

Remaining $325 due at 7 weeks of age.

Please Note: All deposits are non-refundable unless selected puppy falls ill or dies.  Deposit is then refunded immediately or can be transferred to another puppy.

If sending a money order or personal check for a deposit, payment must be received within 5 days of your commitment to a particular pup.  No puppies will be held for longer than 5 days without a deposit.

Shipping charges are $300 for most flights in the United States and most flights into Canada.  International charges are higher.  Shipping charges include flight, crate, health certificate and mileage to nearest airport available for each flight.  Shipping Charges have increased due to fuel increases.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

NOTICE:  For those who would like to make payments by credit card using PayPal, please be aware that there will be a 3% handling fee to cover the costs of this service.  If you do not wish to pay the handling fee, please send a money order instead to hold the pup of your choice or to make additional payments on your puppy.
